We provide the best training available for our interpreters and translators. To begin with, we will always provide a certified interpreter (court, medical, or otherwise) when required. We will not send an unqualified interpreter or translator to an assignment that requires certification, unless agreed upon by the client in advance. We assure that our interpreters and translators are qualified by requiring the following from every interpreter and translator:
